Guide
Pikachu is a great DPS that can deal great AOE damage from far away, add a AOE Stun to your team, and a teamfight changer Unite Move. Its maybe one of the most versatil carry, being able to do everything greatly but without being the best in what in can do.
This build is mostly based on your spell abilities, in order to kill people fast with a great burst. Wise Glasses add a great amount of flat Sp. AD, aswell as Shell bell which give you a great early game bonus on your damage. Shell bell also give you a bit of healing which is always great to have in laning phase. Energy Amplifier is your "late game assurance". Winning a bit of CDR on your Unite Ability as well as a good amount of damage on it, you can become one of the most effective carry on a Zapdos fight thanks to this. If you dont like Shell Bell, Buddy Barrier is also a great option to focus on team fights as well as giving you a bit of hp which are always good.
Pikachu early game is pretty good, Electroweb is a great targetable root that can be decisive up to level 6 to get kill, and Thunder Shock deal a bit of damage as well as applying a small stun, being the perfect ability to cancel a payment.
Your passive abilities are also pretty useful, every 3 attack you apply a little stun to your opponent, which can clutch some moves by canceling randomly an opponent Unite Ability. Also, you can stun ennemie around close to you passively while taking damage every few seconds, which is always a good ability.
At level 4, you unlock Electro Ball which is targetable AOE Stun, dealing a huge damage capacity. Use it to secure experience early on as well as poking your laning opponent. Remember it deal more damage to low hp target, so its a perfect ability to last it camps to yout opponent by a far range. Even in late game, its the perfect ability to finish a low hp opponent try to flee.
Level 6 is when you unlock Thunderbolt. This spell is an AOE you place on the ground, which explode after a few seconds, dealing a few damage and Stunning ennemies for a seconds. It's a really useful ability to stop opponent from comming on you, as well as locking an area. At this point of the game, you basicly have all you tools to do great in fights. Try to follow up your Thunderbolt on your support / jungler engages and finish your ennemies off with Electro Ball.
At level 9, you finaly unlock Thunderstorm, your Unite Ability. This Ability can deal massive damage in a huge area, which make it the perfect teamfight ultimate. With Energy Amplifier as a bonus, each of your ultimate can change a team fight if well done.
At this point, continue to follow up your team mate and take objectifs. You can't defend a point by yourself so try to always stay with an ally.
