Sing opponents to sleep, then Dazzling Gleam them to deal some good damage and slow them! A character that specialises in aiding its team through CCs and shields, Wigglytuff is super helpful to have!
Buddy Barrier - Helps maximise the effect of Starlight Recital.
Shell Bell - Helps recover HP and reduce cooldowns for more crowd control.
Wise Glasses - Flat damage increase and pairs well with Shell Bell.
Eject Button - To escape situations that were risky after using Sing.
Works Well With
They cannot hurt it if they are all asleep whilst it is teleporting around :)
