Alolan Ninetales is good for hard hitting attacks that can stun and freeze. It can give your teammates enough time to use their attacks close range without the risk of getting hurt and give you time to recharge.
Alolan Ninetales is an easy pokémon to use co-operatively and is still very usable by itself, making it a team player, but doable for people who like to battle alone. The Pokémon recommended under are some of my personal favorites for this combo, Pokémon like Machamp that hit hard are good here too. As for how to start this strategy, you can sneak up and ambush you enemy’s from the bushes, or you can engage by running at them.
Works Well With
Absol’s speed and raw strength makes a great duo with the literally stunning Alolan Ninetales. If you want to run up to your opponents, Absol is the way to go.
The Defending, yet still strong Crustle is great with Alolan Ninetales, because when Alolan Ninetales freezes or stuns the opponent, it gives Crustle enough time to trap the opponent and deal good damage. Just make sure to stick close to the slow Crustle. The sneak up strategy is best for Crustle.
Pikachu is great for keeping the opponent down while dealing heavy damage. Pikachu is great for sneaking or running up.
