This build is meant for mid to close-quarter combat, dashing in with surging strikes and leveling up FAST after you got to lvl. 5 in the jungle, go to the bottom lane and help fight the enemy, fight boss ect... If your ever in a bad position you can high tail out of there!
PS--> this build should have a good amount of health.
Attack weight also works well in place of weakness policy.
