This is focused on annoying all the time, while dealing nice damage to enemies.
Thunderbolt allows to stun and make it easier to hit with thunder. This mixed with the rapid fire scarf allows to deal poke damage continuously, making pikachu a great support. Buddy barrier and energy amplifier allows you to survive and make extra damage. This is a flexible build to cause dives and make damage from a long distance.
Works Well With
Deals huge amounts of damage, which makes Pikachu a huge support.
Freezes enemies and makes it easier to hit with thunder and thunderbolt.
