Blaze - Passive Ability
When using a move when below 50% max HP, that move deals additional damage with a fireball to enemies (15s CD).
Damage - Fireball: 81% SpA + 18 x (Level - 1) + 325
Mystical Fire - Ranged (4.5s cd)
Level 6 - Delphox unleashes a special, hot ball of fire in a forward direction. If it hits an enemy, the fire will explode; dealing damage to enemies in the area-of-effect.
Damage: 110% SpA + 20 x (Level - 1) + 630
Level 11 - Also reduces cooldowns of all moves if this move hits by 1s. If it hits an enemy player, cooldowns are reduced even further (1.5s).
Flame Charge - Dash (4.5s cd)
Level 7 - Delphox charges forward in the designated direction. If there are any enemies within auto attack range when the charge ends, summon three flames to attack. These flames deal damage and decrease enemy movement speed by 30% for 2s. This move can be used while also using Fire Blast or Mystical Fire. Each subsequent flame that hits deals 70% less.
Damage: 46% SpA + 10 x (Level - 1) + 240
Level 13 - Increases Delphox's movement speed by 30% for 1s when this move is used.
Fanciful Fireworks - Area (84s cd)
Level 9 - Deals damage-over-time to enemies in the designated area for 8s. Enemies that are hit have 50% decreased movement speed and 50% reduced HP recovery effects for 1.75s. Recovery effects are weakened within the zone and cannot be cleansed while in the zone. Leaving the zone will have the weakened HP recovery effects linger for 1.75s and may be cleansed after leaving the zone. 8s duration (ticks at 0.5s intervals).
Damage - per Tick: 25% SpA + 3 x (Level - 1) + 150
