Guide
Start on the bottom lane and farm as many points as you can. Wait until you can score,but don't die. If you think you'll die,don't score. Defending or scoring, be safe. You'll want to secure kills by basic attacking and draining HP from them. If you fail,retreat and secure your farm. If you and your laning partner die,they will take all your farm. Play safe and focus on leveling up. You should be a gabite with both dragon rush and dragon claw. Practice this combo in the practise area: when dragon rush is charging,create dragon slam (it's what I call it) by using dragon claw. Be present at bottom Regi and be a little aggressive: using the combo I taught you and then draining while basic attacking. If you are underlevelled or lost the Regi,consider farming. If you backcap,your putting yourself in danger. Without someone supporting you,you'll die and they will claim your farm and wipe out the farm. I call this the U-clear. Try grab lead and steal all their catch-up points. For the second Regi,go to regeleki if it's not regice. Drain using basic attacks, and retreat at low health to drain farm camps. Use your unite move when at low HP or when enemies are retreating, but don't use it before Ray. If no enemies turn up at Ray,check the farm camps for sneaky enemies farming,and kill them. If the enemies have the lead, you'll want to backcap to split them, and steal Ray with unite move.

A ranged support is good as it can heal you from afar and help you secure farm and kills
Some sort of block heavy slam build is amazing as garchomp can secure kills or retreat quickly
Power whip build goes amazing as goodra can pull the target in so garchomp can hit his moves
