Guide
Go bottom and damage your wild Pokemon and let your laning partner take it. The exp share will make leveling up for them easy and quick. If they run to the goal,attach on them and heal them. If your partner successfuly scores,return to your base to farm with them. If the jungler goes bottom,it will make this process easier. You'll want to mostly cling on your partner,but heal the jungler if it's in your lane. Focus on farming and scoring until the Regis come. Once you arrive at bottom or top objective,release to deal more damage to the Regi your at. If someone needs healing,heal them. When you have grass knot, you can now set up traps. On a Pokemon,make sure if an enemy is retreating you hold them still for your ally to secure kills. Repeat all these steps until the final stretch.
THE FINAL STRETCH
Cling onto a squishy ally to give them longer survivalbility. If in the lead defend Ray,trapping enemies and making the squishy allies live. Unite here so your allies get fully healed. Ko ray and cling on an ally until a goal. Hop of your ally and score.
Defend your goals and you just about won!

Works Well With
The comfey can use grass knot on an opponent so absol can target them
Same as absol,but it's pull ability to bring it closer,grass knot and they are in your trap
Bringing a supporter with greninga is amazing as its very squishy and it will have longer survivalbility
