Basically what you want to do is score as much as possible early to break first zone. From there you can invade jungle using the increased mobility, hopefully obtaining red buff to supplement your lack of CC. Alternatively, you can rotate to aid your team if they are losing on the other lane. In previous iterations I used Aeos Cookie over Focus Band and Attack Weight over Muscle Band. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend it In addition, potion, xattack, xspeed or eject button may be used as battle items in the future, hopefully during a period where CC isn't as prevalent.
Also build correction: Ho-oh is brown and white, not red and white. This means the build will have the necessary 6 brown needed for the highest tier attack buff.
Works Well With
Acts as an extra steroid to make Umbreon an unkillable monster. Magical Leaf can also serve as an extra supplement to the lack of CC.
