Guide

Scyther is a slept on carry. It is really good for stomping on noobs.
—BUILD-
Attack-oriented 6 Brown + 6 White. If you don’t have Ho-Oh/Aerodactyl, run 6 Brown + 4 White.

Razor Claw is core. It synergises really well with Technician (passive), and dual wingbeat being 2 uses. It is also helpful because Scyther is an assassin, and the slow helps to hunt down squishies.

The last 2 items have some flexibility. Use 2 of the following:
-Muscle Band: Technician procs muscle band twice, allowing for synergy with it. Muscle band speeds up the jungle clear and provides a consistent damage boost, and helps out against bulky targets.
-Energy Amplifier: Makes your unite extremely scary. With the unite, you mark opponents, and the damage boost makes it easier to snowball with the unite.
-Attack Weight: I only play this for lane. However, if you can play really aggressively, attack weight has benefits. If you can get a lot of stacks, the flat Attack boost helps snowball. It is also really good with Swords Dance, if you decide to run it.
-Focus Band: Gives some extra sustain and lets you get out of moments that you really shouldn’t.
-Weakness Policy: Boosts HP while giving flat damage.
-Charging Charm: With Technician, you can charge this up quickly, and this really helps, since you might sometimes come short of a KO.
Full Heal should be the item of choice, since you are extremely vulnerable to CC and allows you to beat CC mages, especially Pikachu and A9. However, Eject Button and X-Speed are viable if you don’t want to use full heal. Potion is niche, but the devs LOVE nerfing full heal so maybe?
-Mechanics-
Technician. Every time you use a move, your next basic attack hits twice, dealing more damage, this does not have a cooldown.

Quick Attack and Fury Cutter are really simple so I would not explain them, but quick attack is preferred to jump to the Xatu.

Dual Wingbeat. You hit an area twice, healing with each hit for damage done. This is notable when attacking Altaria + Swablu. When you land either hit, you get a dash. The dash does additional damage to targets with low HP, making it good for securing things like Regieleki or even Rayquaza. Both the ranged attack and the dash proc technician. REMEMBER TO DISABLE "MOVE AIM FOLLOWS MOVEMENT DIRECTION", otherwise when you aim Dual Wingbeat it aims at the edge of the range.
