FIRST PICK
Vine Whip is just great to begin with, it's just better because helping your team mate with more damage is better than healing not so much in fights I guess.
FIRST UPGRADE
Sweet Kiss is uncommon for Comfey Builds and I agree, but since this is a different build from the support ones, what we need is the Infatuation, to help your team mate getting more hits on your opponent.
SECOND UPGRADE
Magical Leaf does more damage than Grass Knot, it also Stuns, another good way to help your team getting more damage done.
UNITE MOVE
Flowery Fields Forever in this build is good for the Healing but most importantly is the flower boosts that you can get using it, making you effectively a CC machine, that Stuns and Infatuates anything in its way.
ITEMS
Wise Glasses makes good use of the damage type that Comfey's using, greatly making it a damage threat if opponents aren't careful enough around you being a "Support" :)
Choice Specs is the cool thing with this build, just spam Magic Leaf and you'll see the magic in the air lmao
Shell Bell is here to show opponents that you aren't just a regular Comfey, show them that you heal yourself more than they expect, wich could definitely be a surprise for anybody, always be ready to fight so you won't back off unnecessarily to get berries or back at the base at any moment, be there for your team and they'll make it double.
I just chose the Potion because I didn't know quite what to choose, there's a lot to do with any item in my opinion, Eject Button is always a good idea, X Attack could be an option if you're feeling it and Slow Smoke is also good considering your team mate is also gonna help you.
NOTES : I don't care what you're going to do with this build, but just consider the fact that it shouldn't be played in Jungle for OBVIOUS reasons, Top and Bottom Lanes are where it was meant to be played, have some fun playing this build if you DO play it, and it's always a pleasure to do builds on this Website, consider upvoting my build.

Works Well With
High mobility and high damage, perfect team in my opinion.
Also a good choice with the drawback of having less damage but far more Mobility, opportunities of surprising ennemies and lasting ever so long in these go-ins.
Could be good if both players play very well, also has an high mobility and some CCs wich can be very good in all ways for this duo.
