Con esta BUILD de CRUSTLE conseguiremos sacar su lado más veloz y ofensivo aunque éste esté catalogado como Pokémon Defensivo, siendo así un pokémon muy Versátil; teniendo en cuenta que su 3º ataque básico es potenciado y su pasiva incrementan los PS de su Defensa.
El First Pick es CORTE FURIA (como golpe de ataque direccional que puede ser más dañino si ataca consecutivamente), escogiendo en el nivel 4 ROMPECORAZA (para conseguir convertir su Defensa y Defensa Especial en un porcentaje de Ataque y Ataque Especial, aumentando su velocidad de desplazamiento).
En el nivel 6 escogemos TIJERA X (que consigue incapacitar al rival cuando los ataca si los empuja contra un obstáculo) que junto con el MOVIMIENTO UNITE: REMOLINO PÉTREO (incapacita al rival dañándoles y defendiéndose con un escudo) conseguiremos cambiar a CRUSTLE de POKÉMON DEFENSIVO a POKÉMON OFENSIVO cuando lo necesitemos en el campo.
