Top Lane:
LV1-4: Use Thunder Shock to try securing wild pokemon to get LV4
LV5-10: Use Thunderstorm during Regis clashes & start to get aggressive with team.
LV11-15: Use Volt Tackle to stun opponent to let your allies team get a knock out & use Electro Ball to deal AoE damage.
Moves explanation:
Electro Ball: Hurling an electro orb & leave them paralyzed for short time. The more lower the opponent HP the more damage it deal.
If upgrade: Increase damage.
Volt Tackle: Charging into the opponent & throw them
If upgrade: Reduce cooldown.
Held Item: Slick Spoon, Shell Bell & Energy Amplifier (or Buddy Barrier).
Battle Item: Eject Button (or X Speed).

Works Well With

Helping Blaziken to lands it Overheat with Pikachu's Volt Tackle is super effective.

Get aggressive with Dodrio is good on team fight, especially when Dodrio use Tri Attack.

Mewtwo's Psystrike deals incredible burst damage, Pikachu's paralyze move can help Mewtwo in pushing lane.
