Build Path

Damage. Slow.
Surf
Damage. Displacement. HP Vamp. Instant cooldown on takedown.
Double Team
Dash. Distraction. (+)CDR.
Waterburst ShurikenUNITE
AOE damage and Slow. Then AOE damage. Displacement. Then: Dash.
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Float Stone
Move faster when not in combat.
Razor Claw
After using a move, the Pokémon's next basic attack deals more damage. If held by a melee Pokémon, the basic attack also slows opposing Pokémon.
Slow Smoke
Slows the Movement Speed and basic attack speed of nearby opponents.
Stat Boosts
Bonus Attack Damage On Hit

Just use surf. If there are more than two people use double team.
Works Well With
Use smack down to stun the opposing teammate then use lech life. The damage is very good.
