Guide
This build combines umbreons healing and boosted-attack resetting. Giving it excellent damage output and survivability. Played right, it can survive and win fights against the entire other team.
You want to get stacks as soon as possible, you can usually get 2 or 3 in the first minute of the game.
Use wish on you or allies when you have any damage or are starting a fight, this will heal you shortly after taking damage, allowing you to use it again sooner.
Try to avoid using mean-look against pokemon near their goal zone, umbreon doesn't have the damage potential to KO here. Lure enemies away first.
This build is great against threats like mewtwo, urshifu, gardevoir, etc. It does NOT do well against blastoise, it constantly shoves you away from the mean look aoe, I haven't had problems with any other pokemon.
* zeraora has a move that is generally ridiculous (extreme speed I think) this will protect them from attacks even in the mean look aoe, so get out when they use it.
