Shadow Ball allows to slow fleeing targets (also the unite move can help with this).
Dream eater can stop an opponent for a while, giving time for allies in case. The second shot of dream eater can do massive damage and heal Gengar. This build is not for crowds and should be used mainly with single targets, but a good support like telekinesis Slowbro or Eldegoss can compensate for it.
This build was created in the game version of 1.1.1.2. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
