Damage. Burn.
Hex
AOE damage, increased against poisoned targets.
Sludge Bomb
Phantom AmbushUNITE
Invisible. Movement Speed up. Then: AOE damage. Slow.
Shell Bell
Special attacks heal 45 HP, plus a percentage of your Sp. Atk.
Wise Glasses
Increases the damage of special attacks.
Float Stone
Move faster when not in combat.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

The ideal thing on this pick is to be in your jungler until lv 7 (in order to have your combo ready)
Going to gank any line must be a quick work, because you really dont want to be underleved with this pic.
The item build is just to increase the damage you can deal. Shell bell is excelent because gengar main damage is done by its abilities.
Works Well With
Wigglytuff sing is very usefull in order to make Gengar abilities easier to hit.
This build was created in the game version of 1.1.1.2. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
