Guide

Build Explanation
This build utilizes the distance-based damage from Psystrike to knock out targets and using Teleport to maneuver around and increase its damage further. Mega Mewtwo Y will rely mostly on Psystrike as its primary damage source.
· Wise Glasses provides Mega Mewtwo Y a large Sp. Atk. stat boost thanks to its percentage bonus, which also goes well with the Pokemon's ability to increase its Sp. Atk. via Pressure
· Choice Specs gives Mega Mewtwo Y more Sp. Atk. stat and increases its minimum move damage, particularly for Psystrike.
· Slick Spoon further adds more Sp. Atk. stat and grants Mega Mewtwo Y Sp. Def. penetration for its moves. It also gives a decent amount of HP for some durability.
· Eject Button gives Mega Mewtwo Y extra mobility on top of Teleport, allowing it to make more creative plays when setting up Psystrike.

The build's Boost Emblem loadout should consist of 7 Black Emblems for some move cooldown reduction and 6 Green Emblem to maximize its damage.
· Equip Emblems that improve Sp. Atk. to further improve Mega Mewtwo Y's move damage, particularly for Psystrike.
· Attack, Sp. Def., and Defense can be freely traded for the other stats.
