In early you should focus on your level and play safe, for the mid game you can now be aggressive for the atk up buff can help you in 1v1s and your held items help you farm faster. the late stages are very interesting for this build since it has reached its full power spike at lvl10-11 and can now wipe 3 players and it has no problem soloing any objective (except zapdos/rayquaza)
