Guide

There's not an awful lot to explain this time. If your teammate is nearby and low on HP, throw a pollen puff slightly in front of yourself so it sticks to you and then walk over to them. (The reason you throw it at yourself is because you may not be full HP and if you throw a pollen puff at your teammate they might run away with it, so this method secures the heal for both of you.) If your teammate is in danger and actively running from you while you try to heal them, throw a pollen puff slightly in front of them and let them walk into it.

Your muscle band makes your boosted autos hurt even more than usual AND increases your basic attack speed, paired with the rapid fire scarf AND x attack and Eldegoss hits enemies INCREDIBLY fast and she slows enemies too. Pair Eldegoss with red buff and she becomes near impossible to escape. Map awareness is huge on supporters because you need to take note of which teammates are dying, if enemies are invading, when to push an advantageous fight or when to retreat, as well as when to throw a preemptive heal or Unite move.

You're not a tank with this build, you are a mage. Keep your distance and determine when to heal allies and when to attack enemies based on the situation at hand.

Works Well With

Scizor

Exp. share will help Scizor reach its power spike at lvl 5 faster and make them an overleveled threat for the rest of the game. Scizor has some of the highest physical defense in the game, good DPS and lifesteal with bullet punch but if it misses one bullet punch it isn't far from a free trip to spawn. With an Eldegoss to heal Scizor it can stack in peace since Elde doesn't stack with this build and if it misses a bullet punch, it's okay because pollen puff will heal him AND damage the enemy.

Buzzwole

Eldegoss works really well with physical close range attackers because her pollen puffs will heal allies and hit enemies at the same time. It also keeps Buzzwole in the fight long enough to build up the muscle gauge and do devastating damage. Pair it with leech life and Buzzwole becomes a muscular Goodra.

Azumarill

Azumarill has 175% crit damage, huge life steal with aqua tail and 100% crit rate so long as it's only fighting 1 opponent at a time. It has enough sustain to survive most burst DPS but with a Eldegoss to back them up, they become a 1V1 demon and still hits like a truck in team fights.
