Early game-
Try to level up as much as you can, protect the goal zone, avoid contact with enemies until you reach level 5, so as not to be defeated by enemies.
Mid game-
You must have reached level 9 or 10, here you will focus on scoring goals and fighting enemies (avoid enemies if you can), you also have to get the regi's trio to get an advantage against enemies.
Late game-
You must have reached level 13 or 15, you must defeat as many enemies as possible, don't give them a chance to attack. save your unite moves until the final stretch, if your unite moves run out, take the buff.
Emblem: Use an emblem that gives a lot of HP

Tsareena is suitable for fighting or holding all rounder or defender type pokemon, this also gives venusaur a chance to shoot enemies
