(mmm, crunchy role info)
shoot people with leaves and watch them die
You know the drill. Feed EXP to your hopefully willing teammate, contest and murder so you can goal. Focus on the three Regis at bottom but rotate with where the most people are like a supporter. Stay near mid-range so you can pelt people without suddenly getting bombed, but you can also aggro and close range quickly with Cotton Spore for when you want to be more aggressive and chase.
Cotton Guard and Tornado is usually recommended for this build but makes you fragile. This is a solo build; this is made for if you have to carry and do an emergency 1v5.
Use Pollen Puff on yourself if you can, it does big damage as well as healing. Of course, don't do this if you've got good teammates, but we're assuming your teammates suck.
Don't be afraid to take center for yourself, the enemy doesn't pay attention to it these days... Most of the time.
You can shred regis within decent time. Don't be afraid to snipe, cotton spore's delayed damage confuses enemies very easily when you learn it's detonation period. This also goes with Rayquaza, which you can also snipe with a Unite.
Potion is designed to heal 7-15% of your heath, which means we can use it like an off-brand focus sash that recharges every 20 seconds. I recommend using it for escapes or emergency healing when you can't go to base. Otherwise, use escape button
