(Best guide ever)
((I am going to throw a hissy fit if Helping Hand doesn't get it's own section, it is SO op but also makes you extremely fragile))
I miss when Blissey had like 55% playrate.
TLDR; (Yes, we're pulling out the simplified stuff because people want tips now, explanations later)
Focus On Your Teammates; Feed Exp into your nearest ally, bomb people from mid-range with crit auto + Pound (Or Egg bomb + crit auto), and rush wall like Slowbro when you can afford to get CC'd.
Teamwork Makes The Dream Work; Pay attention to your teammates via minimap and quick chat. Direct the attention to you if they're idiots, otherwise attach yourself to the carry.
Follow The Carry; If your team isn't idiots (or they're so dumb they don't listen to you), follow the one who seems to be making the best decisions. They'll get the message quickly. Ping gather at Regiice/Regirock/Registeel if you are near it as soon as possible for the global Exp drop. (Regileki applies this as well, to a lesser extent)
Unite Carefully; Stop nuking goals and defend at 4:00. DON'T USE UNITE AFTER 5:00, UNTIL 3:00, IT WILL NOT RECHARGE UNLESS YOU CAN GOAL TWICE.
Know Your Zone; Go behind your carry, all-rounders, and defenders, but go ahead attackers and speedsters. Stay between the outer left rims to avoid getting late game CC'd, and dive in and unite when your ally is fully in the engage.
TLDR over, now for advanced tips. (T = Theoretical)
1; Don't heal trollers and toxics. Either A: they yell obscenities at you and spam "thanks!", which is funny to laugh at while you heal everyone else, or B: They get the message and become a functioning member of society and make your life 10 times easier. Not recommended above Ultra.
2; You can matchup solo against Cinderace, Jigglypuff, Eldegoss, Comfey (Alone) and Lucario, as well as Slowbro and Goodra (T).
3; You can use Eject Button, like a psycho, to dodge teammate damage from Cinderace's Unite, as well as displace yourself before Slowbro's Unite. You can also dodge Grenninja, Tsareena (T), Machamp, Espeon, and Sylveon. Of course you can also use it normally to juke would-be deadly moves.
4; Unpredictible movement when defending or attacking goals has saved games more times then I can count. Learn how to confuse move AI and you will survive way more fights than you could without it.
5; Soft Boiled has a deceptively high hitbox to sneak in heals from, as well as Bliss Assistance's speed. This is a (T), but this unite might be one of the seven (Charizard, Sylveon, Glaceon, Lapras, Gengar) also affected by Float Stone and movement speed emblems.
6; Egg Bomb does stupidly high damage and can be comboed (It's difficult, but possible) for what should be a AOE CC move.
