Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Wise Glasses
Increases the damage of special attacks.

Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.
Stat Boosts
Bonus Attack Damage On Hit

The other move combo you could do is Surf and Agility.
I can’t put slick spoon here, but replace Wise Glasses with Slick Spoon.
